History

The Southern Ute Indian Tribe of southwest Colorado has parlayed control of its natural resource production and extraction into one of the most sophisticated and aggressive financial plans among Native American tribes. The Tribe, the largest employer in La Plata County, Colorado, has teams of professionals serving both Southern Ute Tribal government and Growth Fund operations.

Through direct ownership and nationally recognized partnerships, the Growth Fund Real Estate Group, established in 2000, has grown its portfolio to holdings in excess of $750 million.
