GF Development Group acquires land for development ranging from infill locations to master-planned communities which are expected to involve the full range of development activities from entitlements to physical development, vertical construction, marketing, and sales.

The primary acquisition focus is on land assets to develop an asset inventory for future development activities, whether self-directed or pursued through a joint venture. Land with near or medium-term development potential is preferred. Target markets include Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona and Southern California.

GF Development Group works closely with two other Growth Fund entities, namely GF Properties Group, LLC, a real estate investment business (income property), and Tierra Group, LLC, a commercial and residential construction business, known collectively as GF Real Estate Group.
